Continental Breakfast Buffet:
Includes: chilled fruit juices, bakery basket selection with jams & marmalade, cheese and cold meats, choice of cereals, coffee, tea and herbal infusions.
Packed Lunch Menu:
Each day we prepare a packed lunch that is healthy and delicious and will include a savoury option, juice and fresh fruit.
Dinner Menu: From zesty appetizers to robust tasting soups, crisp salads, sumptuous main courses and luscious desserts, your dining experience will be just what you need when you return to the boat after a great day exploring.
Day 1: chicken liver parfait with toasted brioche and an apple and cranberry chutney (vegetarian option available)
Day 2: pancetta caesar salad with parmesan shavings and crunchy croutons
Day 3: roasted sweet pepper and tomato soup with mozzarella and pesto croutons (v)
Day 4: grilled goats cheese with marinated beetroot and rocket salad with a basil oil dressing (v)
Day 5: smoked mackerel and ricotta pate with pickled cucumber, capers and a chilli lime dressing (vegetarian option available)
Day 6: cantaloupe melon with lemon sorbet and a raspberry vodka shot (v)
Day 1: chargrilled supreme of chicken on fresh herb mash with wild mushroom cream sauce (vegetarian option available)
Day 2: maple and mustard roast pork loin with braised cabbage and bacon, and a honey and ginger sauce (vegetarian option available)
Day 3: lemon and herb stuffed turkey breast with roasted root vegetables and a red wine sauce (vegetarian option available)
Day 4: slow roasted tomato gruyere tart with smoked paprika and sour cream sauce (v)
Day 5: char-grilled roasted vegetables on couscous with tomato and coriander sauce (v)
Day 6: supreme of chicken breast wrapped in pancetta with a Chianti and shallot reduction (vegetarian option available)

Day 1: orange scented meringue roulade with orange Curacao sauce and chocolate shavings
Day 2: lemon posset garnished with fresh raspberries served with an almond biscotti
Day 3: strawberry and white chocolate torte garnished with lime jelly and a raspberry sauce
Day 4: rich dark chocolate and ginger tart with honeycomb ice cream and fudge sauce
Day 5: vanilla panna cotta with Chambord marinated fresh berries and clotted cream ice cream
Day 6: coffee and hazelnut torte with a praline crumb with butterscotch sauce and clotted cream
